How do I reset my password?
If you can’t remember your password, visit the ‘Login’ page and click the link 'Reset my password'.
Enter your email address and we will email you a password reset link that will allow you to choose a new one.
You can reset your password at any time, as many times as you like - just make sure you have access to the email account you used to register with.
If you are already logged into FuturePlus and wish to change or update your existing password, visit the 'User Settings Tab' in the top right hand corner (where you will see your name displayed) and select ‘Profile’.
Use these settings to edit your profile information as well your password and other details.
