How do we cancel our subscription?

Your FuturePlus subscription is active for 12 months. Please see our cancellation policy.
In order to cancel your subscription, use the 'User Settings Tab' in the top right hand corner of the screen. Select ‘Your Organisation’ from the dropdown. Click the ‘Billing & Subscription’ toggle and scroll to the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button. Your subscription will then expire at the end of your current billing period.
