Can multiple users access FuturePlus?
You are able to set up multiple users for your organisation who can have access to the FuturePlus platform. They will have the same level of access to the assessment as the first Admin User, and will be able to answer the assessment, upload evidence, and make any changes.
If multiple users from an organisation are using FuturePlus at the same time, and are trying to answer the same question, then a 'lock' will be shown on the question which will prevent this from happening.
To add a user, click on the drop-down menu in the top right-hand corner of the Dashboard. Click on 'View Organisation' and then 'Add User'.
Note - additional users will not have the ability to access invoicing or account information.
